Q.

iam in 7th month of pregnancy from 2 days onwards my legs swollen is there any problem or should I consult my gynic once plz Suggest me

A. this is common in pregnancy but still wl suggest to reach out the doc.. no long standing use a support stool as u are seating... use a pillow under feet as u are sleeping.. restrict salt intake stay hydrated

A. if you are getting swelling in legs or feet you should consult your doctor , get your blood pressure checked and necessary investigations should be done. Try sleeping in left lateral position , will improve your symptoms
