have more of good class protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well

Aparna SsharmaMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. you can start some workout like yoga and walking. have a nutritional and healthy diet which includes fibre rich food and avoid oily and junk food. drink lots of water specially lukewarm water if you can. if you like you can also take mamaearth apple cider vinegar. it is s natural product that helps in weight loss and reduces belly fat and builds immunity and helps in digestion also. but it is not recommendable for pregnant woman or a breastfeeding mom. I am taking it and it helped me a lot but I am also doing all of the above.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Good luck and take care.
