iam breastfeeding for my 4 months baby.iam suffering with throat pain and difficult to swallow water .so what to do

A. dear mom. do sakt water gargeling couple of times a day, take steam inhalation, have a mix of tulsi juice + honey thrice a day, take lots of rest.
