Iam a mother of 8.7years old girl how can I make her understand about periods and how to deal with her moods swings?

A. Menteupedia is a very good book you know it is going to guide you also you buy that it’s available online read about it understand about it and then you can make your child understand it’s too early but I know the girls are hitting puberty by the age of 8 to 9 years also so make your child understand that way and tell your child that you’re open for a question and answer around whatever your child would want to know answer verycorrectly and how it is meant to be don’t try to create stories around it and slowly when you work over at the child is going to understand better
