Q.

Iam a mother of 5 months old baby, my baby is not drinking milk after vaccination.can u suggest methods or a diet to increase my breast milk supply?

A. to increase your breastmilk supply, take sprouted fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds water,jeera water, drumsticks soup etc

A. hi first,to encourage your child, try different feeding positions Make skin to skin Contact while feeding your child you may offer feeds when child is wake up from sleep or in sleepy mood
