hello mam. my name is pooja. I have a 9days old baby boy. my problem is iam not getting breast milk for my son. can u please suggest me any kind of medicine or formula for me. to increase milk..

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Sabudana, masoor Dal, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, water, green leafy vegetables like drumsticks and pumpkin help in increasing breast milk supply. Feed your baby more frequently as the more you feed your baby, more is the stimulation and more is the breast milk production. Have a well balanced and a healthy diet. Have lots of fluids. Use a breast pump to pump out milk during and between feedings. This helps in increasing the breast milk supply. Eat a bowl full of oats for your breakfast. Add moringa powder to your milk or curd.
