Q.
iam a mother of 2 ND half yr old son..he always pour water ND play in it due to tat IAM hitting him badly daily.. I know his mischief are due to his naughtiness but suddenly am getting tempered ND started to hit him...ND then after some time am feeling bad like hurting myself ND started to cry by hugging him..it really very bad feel..am feeling very sorry for him.. wat to do pls help to me stop this π it's really hard

you need to first talk to your baby politely, distract him in other activities.
do yoga, medications to calm down.
