iam a mom of 1 year 11 months iam suffering from hypothyroidism after pregnency daily also take thyroid medication 25mcg Iam is intermittent fasting best for me or for weight loss please suggest me

A. hi mom intermittent fasting should not be done without the guidance of a dietitian infact seek a qualified dietitian consultation for appropriate dietary recommendation please don't do trial and errors with your body
