Iam a brest feeding mother, shall I use sunscreen and moisturizer?

A. Yeah of course there is no restriction on using any good healthy products for your body whether it is sunscreen or lotion or any of these things which you were naturally using previously you can use them as of now also there is no problem

A. yes you can use sunscreen and it must be mineral Avoid harmful ingredients like retinoids, high concentrations of salicylic acid, and certain fragrances, as they might not be suitable for breastfeeding if you have any doubt consult your doctor
