iam a breastfeeding mother my baby is 28 days old can I drink coffee,can I eat sweets is it good for baby

However, experts recommend limiting your caffeine intake to 300 milligrams of caffeine per day while nursing. Caffeine does affect some babies. Breast milk can contain small traces of the substance.

Yes you can have coffee you can have tea you can have green tea you can have cold coffee you can have black coffee you can have everything only in moderation and that moderation is too small cups in a day and then you should be satisfied with it and yes you can have sweets also there is no restriction on sweet but in moderationWrite Your Answer Here
