iam a breastfeeding mother I have 4 months old baby girl I feel pain in my nipple while my baby latches nipple are hard and it pains alot I feel scared sometimes to breastfeed because of the pain how can I reduce

use mama earth nipples soothing cream or himalaya nipples soothing cream
