iam a breast feeding mom and my breast is very saggy and skin is very loose I have pain in my right breast and if I tighten my breast with hands and see I can can see dimple like thing like orange peel slightly is it a symptom of cancer please tell me iam very afraid

A. Get a good nursing or sports bra to hold your breasts up. This will prevent further sagging. Eat Less Animal Fat What you eat is for breasts skin tone. Reduce your animal fat intake and eat more wholegrain cereals, legumes, and green vegetables.
