Iam 9month pregnant at night time am suffering from muscle cramps and hip..what i have to do to overcome pains?

Consult your gynaecologist she can only advise you with some mild exercise that would be comfortable during this time of pregnancy and that is going to help introduction of pain and if it is quite a lot and they can also advise you with the pain killer to be taken
