iam 11 weeks pregnant, iam not taking proper and drink only 3 glass water. I have severe nausea, vomiting and acidity

Hello mam, this issue is quiet commonly faced in the first trimester and it’s normal as well , not to worry , try to have some fruits if possible and take some soups as well , eat very small quantities food at least and if it’s too severe then consult a gynaecologist
