the minimum diet to be given is half a katori that is around 100 ml 3 times per day made from cereals pulses vegetables.

and milk to be continueds
at this age also milk consist of 70% of the diet so no need to rush much upon the food.
homemade diet is better compared to readymade processed baby food.s
also fruits and juices can be added and you can add dry fruits powder also. s

You can gradually start giving your baby all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family, in mashed form. Slowly change the texture.
