I was suffered from pcos but fortunately I conceived naturally after 6 month of marriage. I did yoga n take cinnamon powder regularly on that tym. now my bby is of 8 month,n again i got periods with approx 36 to 40 days gap is it normal to have periods approx after 40 days .m breastfeeding mother. still I suffered from pcos n pcod ?? bcz pcos is severe condition n pcod is not severe .

Q. i delivered bby girl on 22 july by c section. during pregnancy,i was suffered from jaundice on 4th month. after 3 days treatment ,i was fine. but now i feel so weakness. i was suffered from pcos ,fortunately i conceived naturally with diet care n yoga. i always included omega 3 fatty acids in my diet through flexseeds panjiri. but now,can i include again flexseeds panjiri in my diet? bcz before pregnancy,i consumed it n it gives alot health benefits to me. also i suffered from allergic cold n asthma. this flexseeds helped me alot to minimise my pcos symptoms n asthma n allergic cold. can i include flexseeds panjiri again in my diet?? i think,this omega 3 fatty acids ll help the bby in her brain development also,bcz m breastfeeding mother.
