A. Ask with the doctor for right suggestion, my sister in law was not able to make enough milk , so we have been giving my nephew Dexolac formula stage 1 from day 1 after getting suggestion from our pediatrician, this formula milk is best... It contains FOS and 36 vital nutrients for baby's growth. I would highly suggest u to talk to the pediatrician as soon as possible

A. Hi dear, don't worry, it may be due to hormonal changes or change in your food habits, you just need to focus mainly on your diet, take protein rich food, pulses, beans, green leafy vegetables and daliya, it will help to boost breast milk supply. And to fulfill the nutritional needs of the baby, you can give Aptamil Gold Stage 1 to your little one, it has prebiotics and HMOs which helps strengthen immunity and gut health. Also it helps to improve the digestion of the baby. don't forget to take advice from your Pediatrician before introducing formula milk.

A. You can always take support of lactation supplements Shatavari powder is one of the best things that I can currently suggest you to start with you can take it three times in the day with warm milk but along with that it is very very important if you do follow a healthy balance nutrition diet and good amount of fluids can also be a part of your everyday diet
