#asktheexperts Hi , I have given birth to twin babies, I am getting very low milk ,even it is not enough for one baby can you please suggest for better milk production. now they are 5 weeks old Thank you.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can be having lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help and also if bm is not sufficient then give infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
