I was on insulin and glycomet in pregnancy then sugar was normal after delivery now completing 4 months of delivery n my sugar levels are increasing day by day after dinner it's 240 n fasting 150 what to do?

A. Hi Try to again consult the diabetologist & if required start the medicines. also restrict the diet for sugar, sweets, fried foods, rice, junk foods. Try to increase amount of Vegetables, salads, sprouts, buttermilk, boiled chicken in your meals.
