Q.
I was facing frequent urination so was diagnosed with cystocele stage 1 .plz suggest which exercises are good for it and how it can be cured fast.And any precautions required in sitting standing position?

Author of questionMom of a 7 yr old child4 years agoA. I had consulted gynecologist and she detected stage 1 cystocele and had given medication for 5 days and suggested exercise.But how to do it properly I can't get.please suggest

Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Offer different varieties of food
