I was asking regarding washing my hair as generally people say not to wash hair as it makes periods early... is it true? should I avoid hair wash?

A. Because headbaths are meant to cool down your body. If you might have noticed, your body gets all heated up when the cycle is approaching. It is told that taking headbath would cool down your metabolism abnormally and would affect the cycle time period directly. Many strike it off as a taboo but i believe we shouldnt take head bath on the first day of menstruation. Hope this helps. :)
