I was 9 weeks pregnant and suddenly started bleeding when I went to scaning my baby's heart beat was gone but I am not getting the correct reason for my missed abortion

Actually it’s very difficult to say what may have been the reason behind it the doctors only can confirm if they can figure out what is the reason because if I tell you honestly there could be numerous reasons behind it so it’s very difficult to suggest you the one
