I wanted to reduce my weight, it’s been 2 years for my baby, I thought I will reduce my weight when I stop bf but I didn’t, I am doing almost all ways to reduce my weight can anyone help me with proper guidance

A. dear mum , u need consistent n persistent efforts intake of lean protein , fibre foods, healthy fats reduce your calorie intake from simple carbohydrates, high fat foods avoid added sugar , jaggery , processed packaged foods good water intake consult qualified nutritionist for individual lifestyle based plan
