make sure to include a balanced diet that includes all the food groups. only eating moong at night will not provide adequate nutrients needed by body to maintain health and immunity.
avoid processed and packaged foods and fried foods.
limit excess consumption of sugar and salt in the diet
drink enough water
be physically active

Hi If you want to lose on your weight then you go with a proper manner you do workout twice a day you do half an hour in the morning and half in the evening and follow intermittent fasting I think that is going to be the best thing for you to go for because that way if you fast for about 12 to 16 hours you will get fabulous results
