I want to loose weight...after pregnancy my weight is very much high

A. Weight gain post pregnancy is common and it can be reduced with proper diet full of fiber and proteins alongwith lots of fluids. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drink warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning everyday.
