Have small and frequent meals
Include more fruits and vegetables into your diet
Take protein with every meal like paneer, eggs, soya, oats and quinoa, curd, toned milk, beans and dal and sprouts..
Start your lunch and dinner with salad
Reduce the intake of excess ghee, fried food, namkeen , bakery products, white sugar
Have jeera water empty stomach in morning and green tea post dinner and lunch
Start with 30 to 45 mins workout
Nihita mittalMom of 3 children4 years agoA. definitely it will require a lot of effort but it can be brought down I would recommend you to have cinnamon Honey with warm water at night before sleeping make sure you eat dinner by 8 p.m. and avoid eating anything in the morning before 12 p.m.
