I want to know whaen to start giving chicken and egg to my baby who is now 1 year old as her doc says now she can have egg and chicken but some people tell me babies digestive system is not that strong to digest non veg. I am in a dilemma. kindly advice

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
