i want to know one thing mam, what can i do to increase Brest milk mam i havw 2nd baby she is now 6 months old

A. Hi mom Have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. Increase the water intake and drink adequate milk as this helps to improve lactation. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Take care and all the best
