I want to know about autism ? it is curable or not? and which treatment are best for contol this situation? gf cf diet is beneficial for it?

Normally doctors believe that gluten-free diet is very good for that you should take a homeopathic treatment that I can suggest you with a very close encounter with a similar problem I saw funders happening with the medication it is going to be time consuming process also it would completely depend the kind of degree autism has mild moderate extreme because it works with Mi and moderate with extreme it could be more difficult to deal with medication also
