paneer parathas
egg or chicken or paneer rice
add nuts powder in milk
mix vegetables dal khichdi with ghee

do not overfeed the baby just to increase weight.
give normal homemade meal.
3 meals and two mid meals a day or enough for the baby.
minimum milk requirement is 500 ml throughout the day including dairy products.
still if you want to increase weight then oats ragi banana almond potato sweet potato egg full fat yoghurt are major weight gain foods.
