A. dear parent, at the age of 3 years, you can give every family foods to your child the way you prepare at home. give a balanced diet having variety of food groups.

A. The good meal is only the same meal that you eat on an every day basis where you include all kind of healthy nutrition and protein into your food by including duties of Dal rice Paratha our Indian traditional plate is the best food to be given to the child
