ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. usually one once you wean off then only. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
