I. want to ask my weight loss .I am vegetarian and how can loss with deight plan

A. Hello mom for weight loss it’s important that both diet and physical activity is required for about 30 to 45 mins a day be it yoga or brisk walking or dance workout etc . For diet initially be very mindful of what you are consuming and avoid sugary , Refined and processed foods
