I want to ask is suagr and salt to be totally avoided till one year or we can give a lil bit amount in baby food.my baby is 7 month old.

A. Salt can be given to the child Anu with all the necessary spices but he has sugar should be avoided so instead of sugar you can go ahead with using date syrup or jaggery powder both are very easily available in the marketWrite Your Answer Here
