Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.

salt and sugar should to avoided ..till baby turns one..
avoid oily food..
you can use ghee butter cheese in moderate amount..
remember one new food one at a time
