Q.
I’ve had a premature delivery and my baby was born at 28 weeks. He is of 36 weeks now. What and how should I take care of him? Also should I make him wear regular diaper or cloth diaper?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. you must be little bit more careful in premature babies in winter season have proper clothing it is always advisable to use disposable diapers for the baby during night Times and use cloth diapers during day time

You have to continue taking the precautions as he was taking before. You have to feed your baby on time and try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and in the closed surroundings to keep your baby safe. And for next few days or few weeks you should continue using clothes diapers only.
