Q.
I've 3months baby upto now she's on breastfeeding. but can I eat chocolate ? n drink coffee,cola or red wine? or will it upset my baby's digestive system.

Just a void of having alcohol rest you can do what ever you want to have fruits chocolates and little bit of junk food is also okay what doctors do not recommend you to have alcohol at least till the time your exclusively breastfeeding the child because it wrong with your blood and that’s not healthy for you Nidhi for your child currently
