I usually express my milk and the feed my child through bottle and at night direct feed .. is it right , also let me know expressing milk also help us in losing calories

A. No it is a misunderstanding that you have whether you give direct breastfeeding or you give express breastfeeding it really doesn’t make a difference because at the end of the day the child is taking your feet it is not going to help in reducing their calories
