my 4 month old baby is getting infected by gastro..frequently and also is not feeding well. i express milk and feed him through bottle. what do I do ?

A. Hello mom kindly observe your diet as their could be something that isnt going down well with the baby , also you prefer using hing in your meals and use jeera, ajwain or suanf water as well.
