I use Himalaya baby soap and powder for my three months old baby girl. now I saw rashes in her toe and her skin appear to be dry. did Himalaya products cause rashes in baby skin?

Siri if you have been using it from a very long time and suddenly it’s Isha started happening then it could not be because of the products that you are using because if it hard to it would have been the same way from the beginning its year when you started using the products
