I tried increasing my breast milk by taking galact twice a day initially it worked but later not helping much. can anyone tell me the tablet name to increase breast milk?

Please continue using this supplement.
Apart from this add more jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, ghee, milk etc in ur diet to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there.
