I took my 13 months old in lap and roam in mall for 2hrs. Den i started having sever back pain. Took medication but no reief since 1 wk. Plz advise wat to do

Hello ma’am I think you are just having a regular back pain it has got nothing to do with you lifting your child for two hours so I would advise you to get a regular back massage done for a time being and apart from that keep a heat pad or a hot water bottle behind your back to settle down the pain and before that just apply some move or iodex over it
