i took Meftal forte twice with gap of 24 hours as I was having severe joint pain and fever due to COVID. can this harm my baby as I am breastfeeding 5 month old baby

A. no, it will not harm, as the frequency is less.. you can continue with breast feeding your baby. take healthy protein rich diet, plenty of fluids, calcium supplement for sufficient strength..
