I took mammogram today, I got this resust,please gynaecologist tell is this any serious, I'm very panic

Bilateral Fibroadenoma means both the breasts having lumps / ducts if you are breast feeding or stopped breast feeding ,duct formation is normal ,some might have pain,while some don't experience pain. Hormone changes might also be the reason. Even if painless don't delay consult the gynaecologist for treatment.
