I took covid second dose today so today evening can I eat frawn kirry

A. no worries you can have it.. good to eat healthy home made food. with plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. . . . . . . . . .

A. good evening photo of three days I would recommend you to make sure that you are consuming only healthy and balanced diet is better to avoid having any heavy food or anything which does not have proper nutrition
