Q.

I think I'm gonna get my first mensural cycle after delivery now... is there anything I should be prepared of ? what should I expect? I can still breast my baby right?

A. continue breastfeeding till completion of two years. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat healthy. stay hydrated. walk regularly

A. hi mom. nothing special as it is completely like before but it might be little irregular or you might have little less bleeding or more bleeding as you are breastfeeding your child. so until you breastfeed your child your menstrual cycles can be irregular so nothing to worry regarding that
