I suspect to have rehmnoid arthritis postpartum. could someone help me how to handle it as currently I am unable to hold my baby or even breastfeed. she is just 2 month old

Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
start with calcium supplements and once consult with Orthopaedic doctor
