I started solids for my kid, its been 15 days now. The thing is, after starting solids she is having hard poop and most of the time she push so hard that her face turns red. She seems really uncomfortable, which is concerning me. Is there anything i can do to make it easy for her?

That’s because maybe you’re not including enough amount of water into the diet of the child as the thumb rule is when you start giving food to the child make sure to include plenty of fibres and fluids which helps in better digestion and the motion is easier because of that
