this usually happens when a child is suffering with stomach infection and that is very common in the current age of your child there could be various reasons associated with that so yes definitely visiting the doctor is very very important for you but if you can wait till the morning you should and tomorrow morning you can consult your doctor there is nothing that is dangerous or risky so you can actually take the time
