My son had minimal blood stains in poop, is it normal?

A. hi usually it is caused by severe constipation so ,please check it give few sips of water at regular intervals give fruits like pear ,papaya ,plum ,banana more its best to give prune juice but in one tsp quantity only ,you can give it twice in a day ,it will surely help to give relief in this.
